Terms and Conditions: This section is similar to the contract between Free Range Community Kitchen and our Members. Please read

• Access is granted only to certified users approved through our application and training process
• Kitchen Manager reserves the right to withdraw access to Members if there is a breach of contract, unsafe or unsanitary practices. Failure to comply with state or kitchen
• All payments(e.g. booking fees, equipment usage, cleaning penalties) must be made via the approved payment system. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in denied access or late fees. Card must be left on file and may be charged to collected outstanding balances.
• All members retain copyright to their original recipes, branding, and product designs. Free Range Community Kitchen logo and branding are property of the council and may not be used with out written permission.
• Prohibited behaviors are: theft vandalism or misuse of kitchen. Harassment, discrimination or threats to other members or kitchen manager. The use of illegal food production or any unauthorized activity. Possession or use of alcohol, drugs or weapons on the premises.
• the kitchen is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal or business property. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the council and staff from liability arising from misuse of the Kitchen or violation of these Terms.
